Q3 2025 Release Notes – Curation, Clarity, and Control

What’s New?

This quarter, we focused on delivering more clarity and control across your brand systems. Whether you’re managing campaign assets or tracking spend in Funds, these new features were built to help your teams stay organised, compliant, and confident.

Feature Highlights

Add Custom Thumbnails to Collections

You can now upload or select a thumbnail image to visually represent each Collection. It’s a small change that makes navigation faster and gives teams more control over how assets are presented.

Manage Collections in a New Table View

We’ve added an admin-level table view that makes managing Collections faster. Filter, sort, and bulk edit at scale.

Reorder Collections to Control What’s Seen First

Admins can now drag and drop Collections, within the table view, to change the order they appear. Highlight priority campaigns or shift content seasonally, no workarounds required.

Add Public Remarks When Cancelling Claims or Pre-Approvals

You can now leave a short message explaining why a claim or pre-approval is cancelled. It appears in the record for others to see, reducing confusion and improving accountability.

View Claim and Pre-Approval History on Completed Submissions

Completed submissions now show full approval and claim history. You’ll see what was approved, when, and how it changed, all in one place.

Updates, at a Glance.

This isn't a recap. It's a playbook. Here's what financial services marketers need to know, based on what's actually working for the teams getting it right.
